This track runs right along the cliff edge from the Gap at Watsons Bay on North Head past the lighthouse then through Eastern Reserve and a detour past Dudley Page Reserve (with city views) then back out to the cliffs around Diamond Bay, through Rodney Reserve and Dover heights down to Bondi beach
This track wanders along the beach fronts heading south from Bondi Bathers pool, around Tamarama, across Bronte and then around Thompsons Bay, through Clovelly and down to Coogee beach
This walk runs along the cliff edges south of Dee Why, then along the Narrabeen sand spur between lagoon and surf beach, then along Collaroy and up over the hill to Queenscliff where rocks around the rockpool show some amazing erosion patterns
Just 90 minutes drive north from Sydney there is an amazing coastal walk along eroded rock ledges that have colourful tessellations in the sandstone rocks weathered by seaspray.
This track follows the water's edge north from Taronga Zoo ferry wharf, around Bradleys head (and the Mast of HMAS Sydney) to Chowder Bay then up the hill behind Gunners barracks to Georges head and then down stairs through a nature strip to Balmoral Beach
This track follows the water's edge from Neilson Park past strickland house and several private beaches (Queens beach, Milky Beach) with city views and then views of Shark Island as well as crossing the old wooden bridge above Parsley bar
This is actually a series of day walks covering some 80 kilometres around the harbour from Bondi to Manly. Click on the link below to see a map of the various sections
